Hospitality and tradition at Lake Trasimeno where the Gradassi family has been warmly welcoming travelers and tourists from all over the world for over 40 years at Hotel Il Gabbiano (3 kms away). LAGOLIVO has obtained 4 GIRASOLI ( SUNFLOWERS) in the Italian Agriturismos classification: "A company that harmoniously takes care of the comfort and the agricultural and naturalistic characterization of the area, making available for the guest a complex of equipment and high level services in an excellent landscape-environmental context "

Property information

An oasis of peace in nature with direct access to the lake and a large swimming pool overlooked by elegant and modernly furnished facilities. The whole complex has been entirely renovated in 2019. The Agriturismo LAGOLIVO, entirely accessible, has been recently completely renovated in 2019 and is agreeable all year round thanks to the most modern energy systems. Ecological, sporting but also gourmet holidays: the farm, with the charm of its olive grove right on the lake shore, has been producing oil and other vegetables used in the family restaurant since 2007: the Agriturismo's customers can taste the products, together with the local fish and other first quality delicacies, at the IL GABBIANO Restaurant, only 3 km away. The choice of staying solutions is wide: 1) VILLA MARGHERITA: a two-storey villa for up to 18 people; 2) VILLA MARGHERITA: a small villa for up to 6 people: 3) GINESTRE: two little appartaments with small attic 4) GIRASOLI: five two-room apartments and one studio flat with all the comforts.

Among the green Umbrian hills, facing Lake Trasimeno and close to the motorway exits, the location of Agriturismo Lagolivo is strategic to easily reach all the wonders of Umbria (Perugia and Assisi at a very short distance) but also of Lazio and Tuscany! The beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces are also the ideal set for organizing events, parties and ceremonies. In the garden also a barbecue available. Among the possible activities, in addition to pleasant walks both by bike and on foot, also sport fishing (with license) at the private access of the Agriturismo to the lake.
