La nostra struttura è unica perché ti fa vivere il presente nel passato, laddove i soldati hanno difeso la città dagli attacchi dei nemici in quella che è stata una torre militare del tardomedioevo. I soffitti sono con volte a botte ed i muri spessi. Una struttura che ha alle spalle una lunga storia ed elementi artistici inseriti al suo interno. Gli arredi sono stati scelti con cura mantenendo la linea classica con mobili dei primi del '900. Ambienti resi piacevoli e confortevoli
A due passi dalla nostra struttura ci sono numerosi bar, ristoranti con menù a base di pesce e le tipiche cozze tarantine, pizzerie con forno a legna, creperie, pub, gelaterie, pasticcerie dove gustare tipici dolci, teatri, cinema, un grande parco con giochi per i bambini, l'area pedonale con negozi di tutti generi. Zona ben servita dai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere (anche a piedi) la stazione e il Porto Mercantile (capolinea degli autobus nazionali), comodi collegamenti anche per la Casa di Cura S. Camillo. A cento metri dall'Università di via Duomo dove si trova anche l'Istituto Musicale "G. Paisiello".
