The B & B. is located just 5 km from Teramo, the structure, the large garden, the porch with its barbecue is completely available to the customer. Inside there is a comfortable fully equipped kitchen, TV area with sitting area and fireplace and in the loft the bedroom with a double bed and two beds, private bathroom with courtesy set, walk-in closet, in short, a complete home, all for you . Ideal for couples or families who want moments of complete relaxation, in the complete tranquility of the countryside that surrounds them.
The owner, Sabrina is at your complete disposal for any need and will be able to advise you on what to visit in the surroundings or direct you to restaurants in the area where you can taste the Teramo specialties.
The B & B L'ulivo has a fantastic location for those who love hiking in the mountains a short distance you can reach the Gran Sasso, or in the area, an immense expanse of woods and meadows where you can take long walks or mountain bike excursions . The coast for beach lovers is easily accessible thanks to the highway that connects Teramo to Giulianova and is only 25 km away. On site you will find all the services, Pharmacy, Food shops, Bakery, Bar, Sali & Tabacchi, Bank and Post Office.,
