Villa Bolgheri Mare è composta da una villa ottocentesca di circa 500 mq, con camere con bagni en-suite, 3 grandi zone relax e zona pranzo; una dependance indipendente con accesso dal giardino con 2 camere e 1 bagno, piccolo angolo cottura e angolo pranzo; un cottage con 2 camere con 2 bagni en suite grande soggiorno e cucina, ingresso indipendente direttamente dal giardino. Nel grande giardino che circonda la proprietà è presente una tettoia di 50 mq per i pasti all'aperto e barbecue. Il mare della costa degli Etruschi dista 3,5 chilometri, il famoso borgo di Bolgheri con i suoi pregiati vini e le sue cantine dista 10 chilometri, il Golfo di Baratti e i suoi siti archeologici 24 chilometri, le terme di Venturina 16 chilometri, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca sono raggiungibili in meno di un'ora di auto. Nei dintorni della struttura troverete parchi per bambini, itinerari eno-gastronomici, stabilimenti per trattamenti elio-terapici, passeggiate in bicicletta.

Con mia moglie Susanna ci occupiamo da 25 anni di ospitalità in Toscana. Sono molto curioso di luoghi insoliti e fuori dalle rotte comuni e condivido volentieri queste informazioni con i miei ospiti.

Il mare della costa degli Etruschi è a 3,5 chilometri dalla proprietà. Il famoso borgo di Bolgheri con i suoi preziosi vini e le sue affascinanti cantine dista 5 minuti di auto. Il golfo di Baratti e i suoi siti archeolocigi dista 30 chilometri. La città di Volterra con i suoi vicoli e le sue creazioni in alabastro dista 35 minuti. Pisa e Lucca si raggiungono in 45 minuti.
