Born and raised in Iglesias, we decided to open this structure to offer a service to tourists who want to know and visit our small but splendid city, also driven by the desire to learn about new cultures and traditions of our guests, we hope that your stay both pleasant and unforgettable.

Property info

Boutique rooms in a modern style with 3 fresh and quiet bedrooms a few steps from the centre, shops, bars and restaurants. The ideal solution for those looking for elegant and welcoming accommodation. The rooms are divided into: Cala Domestica: triple/quadruple room with private bathroom in the room. Pan Di Zucchero and Blue Grotto: double rooms with private bathroom in the room. Masua; single room with private bathroom located in the corridor. From January 1st the tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night is active.

Neighborhood info

Immersed in the central Via Fratelli flag, a stone's throw from the public gardens. The area is quiet and has little car traffic but there is no shortage of pizzerias and bars for an elegant breakfast while lying in the sun. Very close to the main monumental attractions of the city including the Cathedral, the Pisan Walls, the medieval castle of Salvaterra.
