The Benedict Rooms is a completely avant-garde accommodation facility in terms of both domotics and environmental and energy sustainability. Each guest will receive a unique identification code that will allow contextual access to both the main entrance door and their assigned room; details of self check-in/out will be provided at the time of booking.

Benedict Rooms is located in the historic centre of Bologna. The rooms we provide are located on the first floor of a residential complex, in Via Galliera, near Via Indipendenza, the city's main street. Piazza Maggiore, on the other hand, which is the piazza par excellence, is 700 metres away and can be easily reached on foot, also enjoying the beautiful view of Bologna's porticoes. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, with private bathroom, self check-in, ultra-fast 5G Wi-Fi connection, temperature detection systems, motion sensors, twilight sensors, flood sensors and smoke detectors. The Benedict Rooms is equipped with a heating system with radiators and air conditioners in each room and in the common areas. During the winter period the system is operated in a completely Smart mode for environmental protection and consumption ethics. Temperatures will be set and maintained constantly according to guests' needs. During the summer period, the entire accommodation is fully air-conditioned with the possibility for each guest to be able to set their own preferred temperature.

The old university buildings, the botanical garden, the National Picture Gallery, the Mineralogy Museum and Palazzo Poggi stimulate the area's cultural atmosphere. Jazz bars, cinemas and clubs around Via Indipendenza make nightlife lively and full of all kinds of entertainment. At weekends, a few metres further on, you will find the Montagnola market. In the same street where Benedict Rooms is located, you will find bus stops, allowing you to reach the Fair, Fico and all destinations inside and outside Bologna. In the immediate vicinity you will find self-service laundries, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and street food venues open until the early hours.
