The flat of 45 square meters is located on the first floor with lift of a nice and elegant building, the decor has been taken care of by a famous Roman Architecture studio. Inside it consists of: - LIVING ROOM with a comfortable Sofa, a table ideal for Smart Working and for your entertainment there is a modest wooden Bookcase and a Satellite TV. - BEDROOM (160x190) mezzanine accessed by stairs. - Fully equipped KITCHEN with Induction Cooker, including Microwave, Refrigerator, Dining Table, Coffee Machine to ensure a pleasant awakening. - BATHROOM with Washing Machine, Shower, Washbasin, Mirror, Hairdryer, WC, Bidet. Via della Frezza is located in the Campo Marzio district, between Via del Corso and Via di Ripetta. The name is said to derive from the Frezza family, a surname later changed to Freccia, who were the owners of a palace that no longer exists that later passed to the Orsini family.
