About the double room with bathroom (cam2 double room) this room is not suitable for overweight people. In this case I suggesting the family room, cam3 suite,thank You. Faccio presente che la camera doppia con bagno (camera2) non è indicata a persone sovrappeso, alle quali chiedo gentilmente di riservare la camera 3 (Family suite), grazie. It is no a hotel with 24 heures service, but a privately house. For this I need to know in time please Your arrival time, in Venice (airport or train station) and at the accomodation. Late arriving after 10 PM, may be charged. I raccomanding to avoid any damn ( obstruction in the toilet, or damn at the loock-door) especially for the room number 2. You may be asked to pay in advance a deposit for eventually damn during Your stay. Ubicated in Sant'Elena with the unique park, in front of Biennale art and architecture pavillions (Romania-Polonia-Venezia-Austria-Ejipt), in absolutely no high water and at just 20 minutes walking, from St. Mark Square. Every room has privately bathroom. Because there is not "service-room",We suggesting having tipical italian breakfast(capuccino with brioches) by the close "Bar Vincent", or San Diego or Osteria Vignole.

We are at Biennale area in the beautiful park of Sant'Elena in front of Biennale Polonia and Romania and Venice pavillions.
