When in 2010 we registered the first Holiday Homes in the portals, our Villas and apartments in the territory of Lerici were the first and only ones that differed from the B&B for the guests' stay. To date we can proudly say that over the years we have adapted to regulations and competition, to marketing and customer loyalty, therefore professionalism and seriousness fully satisfy us and confirm us as excellence in the current local tourism market. Welcoming, organizing the home, setting rules, following communication duties, advertising and guest services; almost a continuous formation in its becoming for us all, actors who participate in the construction of the tourist product, in its story, in its result. Located in Fiascherino, where the beaches are among the most beautiful in the Gulf, halfway between Lerici and Tellaro, we find a building where there is Hotel Blue Line on groudfloor, Restaurant il Fico on 1st floor, apartment Blue Line on 2nd and Terrazza Blue line on 3rd floor. After fifty meters street up to the hill through a barrier with code we arrive in a cour with 2 car places. Few steps and there is the entrance on the back of the building, one step and leads the Apartment Blue Line. Blue Line, furnished with custom-made furniture, is equipped with air conditioning, a parking space and a well-appointed living terrace from which you can enjoy great views of the Gulf. The entrance takes place directly in a bright living area with two french whindows with direct access to the furnished terrace with table and sunbeds. Sofa bed, TV corner, dining area and a well-equipped open kitchen complete the day zone. The sleeping area, which is accessed through a corridor, consists of a double bedroom with balcony sea view, two tween bedrooms, one with balcony and two bathrooms: one with shower and one with tub. Under the apartment there are beaches, partly public, partly equipped or private, restaurants by the sea, a private beach with swimming pools and also tennis court. A few hundred meters away, accessible on foot, the village of Tellaro, considered one of the most beautiful in Italy, while, just a few steps from the apartment there is the bus stop to Lerici city center. Under the apartment, you can find various beaches, public and equipped or private, two restaurants overlooking the sea, a resort with swimming pools and tennis court. Along the road, just before getting to the attic, reachable on foot, we find the most beautiful and charming beach resort of the area, the Eco del Mare, where you can also have lunch, dinner, or just relax by sipping a cocktail. A few hundred meters away, still within walking distance, the village of Tellaro, considered one of the most beautiful in Italy. On the main road, just a few steps from the apartment, there is a bus stop for Lerici, where all kinds of services are available and from where the ferries to Portovenere and Cinque Terre depart. Lerici has a ferry service to and from Portovenere and Cinque Terre. The sports activities can be played all the year: the sailing boat, with the renowned school of S. Teresa, the wind surf, diving, also trekking, mountain bike, tennis and golf. There are some places to visit close to Lerici:Far only 7 km, there is the beautiful town of Sarzana; the archeological area of Luni, far 15 km; the famous caves of white murbles of Carrara, in the Apuan Alps, far 30 km; the fashionable Versilia far 30 km and, naturally, the city of La Spezia. All these places are reachable in few minutes by car by the A12 highway, of Sarzana or La Spezia, far only 8 km.
