Nice, lovely place, with a lot of places to see and a lot of restaurants / eating places.
You may spent a day or two with the strolling the city center, or just add a few more days to check the surrounding.

For twenty years, I have chosen to stay in Treviso as a base whilst visiting this part of Italy. It is my favourite walled city, and the canals flowing through it add to its uniqueness. It's location, ease of transport to the other northern cities of Italy (including, of course, Venice) and atmosphere, bars, restaurants and shops make it THE place to stay.

A small town , not much to do. 2-3 days is more then enough to visit downtown.
There is a good connection between treviso central and Venice , the train takes only 30 minutes.
The bad : more foreigners on the street then italian people , looked like there is a big fugitive camp.

We'd gone through Treviso multiple times but never actually explored it and thought it would be a good idea to make a one-night stop there on our way home from our main destination. Ultimately, we liked it much more than our main destination and, in some ways, it's more enjoyable than Venice. Definitely recommend!

One evening spent in this lovely town.
One evening spent in this lovely town. I wanted to come here for 4-7 days anyway, but this evening confirmed that I should. The town felt cozy despite being cold in mid-November. Many good restaurants and interesting stores. It one of those perfect weekend trip destinations, but I will surely explore the region the next time I'm there.
Villa Trevisi was the best place we stayed at in Italy. Check-in was easy, our room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was pre-packaged due to Covid. Our hostess gave us directions to reach Treviso, as well as a useful map. It took about 30mins to walk to Porta San Tomaso, the most picturesque gate into the old city. Treviso has canals, castles, old churches and civic buildings and some good restaurants. If we are lucky enough to return, we would definitely stay at Villa Trevisi.
The property is modern and very well presented. The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful and a real credit to the establishment. The breakfast is very good with a good selection of cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, breads, juice and coffee etc. The hotel is a little out of the centre of Treviso, €11 taxi fare from the railway station and €22 from Treviso airport. It has good nearby bus connections and lots of little bars, restaurants and even a supermarket close by.
The hotel is simple and quiet. The location is about 10 minutes from the city center and you can use the bus which is 1 minute from the hotel.
The ladies responsible for the breakfast and cleaning were super nice.
There is a restaurant on the corner that we tried and was a good choice.
It was a great option so close to the airport (5 minutes by taxi) and great to explore venice (about 1 hour by buses).
We only got to enjoy this cute apartment for one night before flying out but the location was fantastic and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful town of Treviso during our short stay. Everything was very clean and the host was lovely and helpful. Shoutout to the Brunch Republic next door who not only served a delicious breakfast but helped us order a taxi to the airport when we were having issues.
The welcome gift was a delicious surprise. The fully equipped kitchen was very convenient and the whole apartment very comfortable. Parking space and location also very convenient to get in and out of the area for day trips. Staff was very welcoming and communicative. Great value for day trips to Venice by train, walking to center of Treviso, driving to Prosecco wine region, Dolomites, ect.
It’s in perfect location for the ones catching a flight from Treviso airport. 2 mins from the station, but also very close to town centre for a dinner or a stroll.
It is quite dated, but still clean and good value for money. I even managed to work from my hotel room - wifi works. Also the checkout at 12 is convenient as I did not have to find a cafe nearby to work from.
We had a very short overnight stay prior to an early start for Venice airport the next morning. The lady in charge was charming and could not have been more helpful, preparing us an early breakfast and printing all our necessary travel documents. It's a lovely hotel, well located in the old town. I wish we could have stayed longer.
Good location as it is near the city center and a short walk from the train station. It has a closed parking lot, which is quite useful as it is difficult to find parking so near the city center. Room was clean and per expectations. It is good that you can check out by yourself if you have an early flight from Treviso Airport.
This BnB is the best I experienced in Italy ! Luca has created a wonderful comfortable and cultured place to stay complete with roof-top terrace, spacious bathrooms, places to sit and provides a yummy breakfast. Location is perfect right off the square and walking distance to much that Treviso has to offer.
I really liked the property. It is close to Venice and Treviso. The hotel is quite.
It’s just gorgeous also the service. Really nice and helpful.
The property is under construction and I’m excited to see how it will look like when everything is done.
Thank you a lot for the calm and really nice stay!
Nice, specious apartment with all you need for your stay. Daniela is very kind. She provided us with maps of Treviso and Venice and helped us find the best restaurants and ice cream places 😄 She sent us links and navigation was super easy for us. Highly recommend her apartment for your stay in Treviso!
This is a beautifully renovated 14th century building with a fantastic view of the canal. It is a tiny hotel with a great restaurant and a warm welcome. Venice is an easy train ride away. Treviso is less crowded and much cheaper than staying in Venice. We loved staying in the old town of Treviso.
Very friendly owner, very close to the station and the city centre. Really nice room and breakfast. I absolutely recommend this B&B for stays in Treviso. In the morning and evening you can relax on a beautiful terrace. And my first room in Italy where the mattress was not too hard.
This friendly hotel was only a 15 minute walk into the exciting city centre of Treviso. We were able to immediately store our E-bikes under cover and go and explore Treviso properly. Our room was more than adequate - quiet, modern and comfortable. We slept well that night.
I would definitely recommend this hostel for one night stay in Treviso if you need to be at the airports during night time or early morning, just cross the road. Simple clean rooms and shared bathroom, helpful host, Ali supermarket is located nearby.
Great location, just few minutes from train station and centre of Treviso. Nice comfortable rooms, with very comfortable beds. Toilets nice, clean. Breakfast was better than any 4 star in Italy (so far). Staff very polite....
Great Location, Treviso is a lovely City. Transportation to Venice and Airport very easy. The welcome in the hotel was great and self service worked really well too. The whatsapp communication worked a treat too:-)
Our 2nd stay at this hotel. It is easy to find and well located for a short walk to town centre or to drive to/from Venice,or, into the Dolomites. Appreciate the on site restaurant and free parking.
Location is prefect. Treviso is beautiful town. House is near train station. Good base for visits to Venice, Belluno, Trieste.
Alexandro is prefect host. Always helpful and friendly.
Comfortable hotel close to Treviso airport. We had an early morning flight. On site restaurant was fine and they gave us a breakfast box at 5:30 AM that was very appreciaited
