CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) SMALL DOGS are allowed with an extra cost of 5 euros per night per animal. Perfect accommodation for those who want to relax a few steps from the beach or visit the nearby center of Sestri and the other towns of the Gulf of Tigullio such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or pearls such as Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable by train in about 30 minutes. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi included in the price. The apartment is located on the top floor of a building without a lift, a feature that is amply repaid by the tranquility and brightness of the accommodation, also given by the presence of the two balconies on the sides of the house. The location is perfect: in the center of Riva Trigoso, but in a quiet and private area, a stone's throw from shops, the beach and all services. The living area is fresh and welcoming, with air conditioning, sofa and flat-screen TV. From here, a French window leads to the balcony of the house, where you can enjoy the sea air using the outdoor table. The kitchen is modern and equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishes, utensils, and a dining area to eat comfortably even at home. The double bedroom is large and also equipped with independent air conditioning, a large wardrobe and access to the balcony. A perfect environment to rest after a day at the beach or on an excursion. Finally, you will find a modern and well-finished bathroom, with a large shower, toilets and a washing machine available. You can use the free wi-fi connection. But the real plus of this apartment is the private garage (5,60x3,80 meters) located 5 minutes walk from home. The heating is centralized: periods and times of switching on and off will therefore be managed by the condominium. ONLY small dogs are allowed with a supplement. Cats are NOT allowed.
