I’m Elisabetta, and Ca’Novae is first of all my home, not my business. I chose hospitality not to run a property, but to share a place that holds my roots, my rhythm and my peace. I live here among woods, animals, the vegetable garden and the seasons — a real countryside life, full of work and simple joys. I love cooking the old way, baking fresh bread, tending herbs, walking with my dogs and listening to the stories of those who arrive here. At Ca’Novae we welcome guests as in a country home: gently, calmly, with small sincere attentions. My greatest joy is seeing people leave with a feeling of warmth, calm and belonging — as if they had found a little home here too. 🌿

Here we grow our garden and orchard with respect for the land, look after our animals, bake bread and sweet things by hand. In summer, a natural pond to float and breathe; throughout the year, small rural rhythms to share, if you wish. You come here to rest, to sleep deeply, to listen to the woods, enjoy slow breakfasts, wander along paths, and discover ancient villages, healing springs and the Tuscan sea.
