A charming one storey villa of 70 square meters, with a delicate country style. Surrounded by a large garden, cozy and with excellent views over Urbino countryside, it will be in every season the ideal place for your relax. This accommodation offers one double bedroom (queen size), and one single bedroom; a spacious living room with dining table, a sofa bed, TV, and a wood stove that makes the house warm and cozy during winter; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, espresso-maker; 1 bathroom with shower. The B&B entrance is independent from the main house, and it is located in a large, fenced private garden, with parking spaces reserved to our guests. Our guests will enjoy a rich and tasty breakfast in the comfortable living room or, during summer, in the private garden looking onto the surrounding countryside. Small pets are allowed, only upon written or phone arrangement with the hosts. The accommodation is suitable to be enjoyed in complete quiet and privacy. Hosts will be available for any domestic need and to advise our guests on their stay: the hosts have a deep knowledge of the beauties of the surroundings and of the city of Urbino.

The house is located less than 10 minutes drive from the center of Urbino (about 6 km). To reach us, just follow the route of Via Bocca Trabaria until the area called San Cipriano. Here, you will find yourself among oak and chestnut tree woods, cultivated fields, and paths for relaxing walks or rides. Our place is a few minutes drive from Urbania, Fermignano, Sant'Angelo in Vado and Acqualagna, towns rich in art, nature and cuisine delights. Beaches of Rimini, Riccione, Fano and Senigallia are within one hour distance by car.
