Disponibile TV a schermo piatto, Wi-Fi gratuita, frigorifero, bollitore, bagno con anti-bagno, lenzuola e kit corredo bagno. Quartiere residenziale tranquillo ben posizionato per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo di Firenze senza l’utilizzo dell’auto. Dista 200 mt dall’ospedale di Careggi e 400 mt (appena 15 minuti a piedi) dall’ospedale pediatrico Meyer e dalla fermata “ospedale careggi” della linea Tramvia T1 con la quale sono facilmente raggiungibili il centro storico, la stazione e l’aereoporto di Peretola (previo cambio con la linea Tramvia T2).
