Characteristic apartment of 70 sqm overlooking a wonderful colourful Canal in the district of Cannaregio. Independent apartment with private entrance. The apartment is located 2 minutes walking from the waterbus stop F.te Nove from where you can take direct boats from/to the airport, bus and train station, the islands and much more (10 minutes to Murano). Main sights are reachable on foot in about 10 minutes. Strategic location for a comfortable typical apartment in the historic centre of Venice.

Neighbourhood information

LOCATION : The apartment is located in the district of Cannaregio. Cannaregio is a big area and the apartment is more precisely situated in the east area of the district, right in the middle of Venice and however very close to the waterbus stop F.te Nove. The location of the apartment is excellent because very quiet and peaceful. Free of tourists, it is one of the last populated area where you can find local shops, typical bars and restaurants, traditional bakeries, greengrocers, butchers etc. CONNECTIONS : The apartment is 2 minutes walking (150 metres) from the waterbus stop F.te Nove. Here you can find a ticket office for information and direct connections to / from the airport, the beautiful islands of the lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello), bus and train station but also to Lido and its sandy beaches. St Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge are 10 minutes walking, Biennale is 15 minutes walking or 20 minutes by waterbus.
