The house features a large garden and two covered patios, one at the front and one at the back, complete with a BBQ area and direct access to the covered garage. The property is located within a residential complex offering several included services. At the entrance of the complex, you'll find the restaurant and pizzeria "Lo Zimino", as well as a second restaurant with a pizzeria and bar right by the beach and overlooking the pool. For sports enthusiasts, the village offers a Padel court, a tennis court, and a basketball court — all managed by the complex and available upon reservation. There are also two private swimming pools: one Olympic-sized and another for children. Guests also have access to a private beach with lifeguard service from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and each family group is provided with sunbeds and a beach umbrella. To enjoy all these services, guests must register for a Member Card, which costs 10 euro per person for the entire stay (children under 14 are free).
