The property features a private saltwater pool with stepped access, air conditioning, a built-in barbecue for summer cookouts, and several equipped outdoor areas for dining or relaxing. Around San Lorenzo in Campo, you can explore numerous trails, ideal for walking or mountain biking, that wind through villages, vineyards, and olive groves. The structure is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV area, French sofa bed and dining table, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry area.
