The apartment is located 800m from the Pesaro train station, 850m from "Levante" beach and 260m from the historic center (Corso XI Settembre). From the beach of Baia Flaminia called "lido Pavarotti", 900 meters away, you can access the San Bartolo Regional Park, a nature reserve that connects the city of Pesaro with Gabicce Mare (16km). Equipped with dozens of paths between the sea and the hills, it has beautiful villages such as: Santa Marina, Fiorenzuola di Focara, Casteldimezzo, Vallugola, Gabicce Monte. The city of Pesaro, Italian Capital of Culture 2024, is the city of bicycles: with around 100km of cycle paths you can reach every corner of the city.
