I'm married to a wonderful man, have two wonderful children, and we live in a small town in our little house with a garden. It may sound pretty stuffy, but we're all a really nice bunch. No frills, honest, open, and friendly. We love Mare e Monti, whatever the season. And we enjoy getting to know new people and their stories, which is why we rent out this vacation apartment. This beautiful, ca. 44 sqm apartment with stunning sea views is located in a well-maintained, gated resort, the "Villaggio del Bridge." The village is nestled on a mountain, approximately 300 meters above sea level and approximately 4 km from the beach. Parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation. Wi-Fi is also available. Air Conditioning in Master-Bedroom. The apartment is completely renovated and all furnishings are new. The master bedroom has a 160x200 cm double bed, and the guest room has a daybed that can be extended to 160x200 cm. The sofa can also be converted into a bed. A fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and oven completes the space. Dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, bed linen, hand and beach towels, etc. are provided. There are two air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and one in the kitchen-living room, so you can sleep cool at night with the windows closed and the doors open in all three rooms. The entire apartment is available to guests. We ask that you respect the fact that we only allow a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children in the apartment at one time. Large families and pets are not allowed. The apartment is the upper floor of a semi-detached house - a very nice Italian couple lives downstairs. The apartments are vacation rentals and are furnished similarly to terraced houses. In the summer months sometimes you might hear music from the neighboring resort. Unfortunately, we can only provide a brief list of interesting activities here, as the area is brimming with them. We will send our guests further information prior to the trip.: - Madonna della Grotta in Praia a Mare: The church with the Madonna is located on the hill on the side facing away from the sea. Easily visible from the local road. - Arcomagno: Famous beach at San Nicola Arcella. At summertime you have to bay entrance fee. - Isola Dino: Uninhabited island, but there is still a former campsite and abandoned houses on the island. - Redentore di Maratea: Beautiful statue of Christ with a great view of the coast and mountains. From the parking lot, take the bus up. The town of Maratea is also very beautiful, but must be reached separately. - Skywalk Maratea: New observation deck with a glass floor overlooking a cliff and the sea. - Orsomarso Valley: Approx. 40-minute drive towards Orsomarso. Just before the town, drive towards "Golden Park Ranch" and "Parco Nazionale." - Grotta del Romito in Papasidero - Diamante: Beautiful artists' town with many paintings on the walls. It's worth exploring the town systematically so you don't miss anything. - Old Town of Scalea: Beautiful old town with a great viewpoint. Take the first street on the left to the local parking lot. Then cross the small square on the left; here you'll find a small entrance to the old town. Alternatively, follow the signs. - Mara Ranch Maratea: Beautiful farm with horses, where you can also ride along the beach. Excellent food in the evenings, agritourism, very beautiful grounds.
