We are Fabian and Angelika and live in the beautiful Dolomites in South Tyrol. We were born and grew up here - we like our mountains, but also the big wide world. We have travelled a lot ourselves in the last few years and were able to gain insight into many different cultures and countries. Now we are happy to welcome people from all over the world and hope that they will spend a wonderful time here with us in South Tyrol on this beautiful spot of the world. We love travelling, good food, wine, nature and music.

Cosy accommodation in the sunny village of Pfalzen near the unique skiing area Kronplatz. The accommodation is ideal for nature lovers who enjoy the winter away from the hustle and bustle and still like to enjoy all the possibilities of winter sports, shops and culinary delights. The village has a lot to offer: toboggan run, ski lift, ice skating rink, cross-country ski run, walking and hiking trails. For even more action, a public ski bus takes you to the Kronplatz ski area (approx. 12 minutes). The accommodation is in a guesthouse with several separate apartments and rooms - peace and privacy is guaranteed. The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped and has been prepared for you with great love by your hosts. In the cellar room you can easily store skis or other things if required. Included in the price is the Holiday Card Premium, with which you can use all public transport in South Tyrol (bus, ski bus, train) free of charge and participate in the entertainment programme. A limited number of private parking spaces are available at the accommodation.

Falzes is a very quiet place where you can still enjoy nature to the fullest. Due to its slightly elevated position with an unobstructed view of nature, the village enjoys a lot of sun (together with Terenten most of all of South Tyrol) and is therefore also called the Sun Village. This is a great advantage, especially in winter, when you want to enjoy every ray of sunshine. The village offers a lot for its inhabitants: toboggan run, ski lift, ice skating rink, cross-country skiing track, walking paths, hiking trails as well as supermarket, hairdresser, bakery and pizzeria. If this is not enough for you: 150 meters from the accommodation a public ski bus will take you to the famous ski area Kronplatz (travel time approx. 12 minutes). By car you can also reach the ski slope Terenten, the charming little town of Bruneck and many other destinations.
