There are many things I love about my Monopoli, such as art, good food, and I love walking through the narrow streets of the old town, maybe stopping to read a good book in the city library in the historic center. Another thing I love is cycling through the countryside outside the town, on the hills, among ancient olive trees and breathtaking scenery. But it's also magnificent to wait for the sunset by the sea, perhaps sipping a good cocktail in one of the many beach facilities. With my guests, I'm always available to provide advice and suggestions on the area and the best attractions of my land, to help you discover the beauty of this region, the most beautiful beaches, and the delicious local cuisine, so that you can create unforgettable memories during your stay. My "Casa Fernanda" is located in a building from the late 1800s, not far from the sea and the historic center, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and monuments. It consists of two separate apartments, completely renovated and tastefully furnished, to offer you a pleasant and relaxing vacation, definitely an unforgettable experience!

Welcome to our Casa Fernanda in Monopoli, located in the beautiful region of Puglia, famous for its stunning beaches, traditional cuisine, and welcoming atmosphere. Our vacation home is strategically located just a short walk from the sea and the historic center of Monopoli, rich in monuments, restaurants, and shops. The house, inside a building from the late 1800s, has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished, offering all the comforts for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Casa Fernanda consists of two separate apartments: Casa Fernanda "A" is an apartment with double exposure and can accommodate up to two people and consists of a double bedroom, a comfortable living room with a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower, and two romantic balconies. Casa Fernanda "B" can accommodate two people and consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen equipped with an open space living room, a bathroom with a bidet and spacious shower, and a balcony. Our apartments, located on the first floor, enjoy a splendid view of the colorful typical houses of the Murat district and are equipped with air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, washing machine, coffee machine, and kettle. Additionally, we provide guests with clean sheets and towels and a courtesy set. Monopoli is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful Puglia, with its baroque cities, natural parks, and white sandy beaches.
