The property is located about 400 meters from the long sandy beach (reachable on foot or by bike) that runs along the seaside resort to the mouth of the river Tagliamento. Lignano Sabbiadoro is a famous seaside resort in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, characterized by a lot of greenery and extensive pine forests such as the famous Hemingway Park. Here you can also expect many attractions for adults and children (Golf Club, Zoo Park and various water and theme parks). For art lovers, the charming city of Venice is 100 km away and the beautiful Trieste about 95 km. Worth visiting is also the city of Aquileia (50 km), a famous port of the Roman Empire with its interesting archaeological sites and its renowned National Archaeological Museum. Here you will also find a charming cathedral with beautiful mosaics. Portogruaro, 30 km away, is rich in history, museums and monuments, as well as the town of Concordia with its ruins of the ancient Roman city. Also visit the town of Cividale del Friuli (70 km, UNESCO World Heritage Site), an ancient medieval village with the famous cathedral and buildings from the Longobard period. Also worth visiting is the
