Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. Check out will normally be by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 25 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Beautiful recently renovated apartment located in the center of Sestri Levante, just 3 minutes walk from the Baia del Silenzio beach (150 meters) and the central alley of the Ligurian town. The optimal position close to the beaches and all services makes it the ideal accommodation for your holidays in Sestri and for visiting the nearby towns of Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, Moneglia up to the Cinque Terre, about an hour's journey away. Located on the third floor of five in a building equipped with a lift, in the apartment we find a welcoming living area with dining table, sofa that can be opened and used as a bed for one or two people and a TV. The room overlooks a large balcony where there is an outdoor table to fully enjoy the climate and sun of Sestri. The kitchen is new and equipped with induction hobs, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. It is also equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses and everything you may need for your meals during your stay. In the double bedroom, in addition to a comfortable double bed, you will find two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a second TV. The room also overlooks a second terrace. The modern and finely furnished bathroom like the rest of the house is made up of bathroom fixtures and a large, comfortable shower. There is a storage room with household cleaning products and a washing machine. The house is equipped with air conditioning and free WI-FI service. The building is equipped with a private parking area intended for tenants: spaces are not assigned and therefore it is not guaranteed to always find a free space. If this is the case, the check-in staff will show you a nearby public car park to use as an alternative. Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided by us based on the number of people in the booking and is included in the price.

The house is located in the center of Sestri Levante, very close to all the services you may need: shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, tobacconists, bars, restaurants etc. and a four-minute walk from the beaches, such as the famous Baia del Silenzio . In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous locations of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, which are less than an hour away. A destination also loved by sportsmen and lovers of nature and trekking: on the hills surrounding the city there is in fact a dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty. Sestri is also about 45 minutes from Genoa, a city of incredible beauty with its characteristic alleys, churches and period buildings, the Old Port and the famous largest Aquarium in Europe.
