You will be sent by phone all the instructions on how to get to the accommodation and the unlock code to access the keys. You will therefore be able to independently manage your arrival and not have to worry about the time and any delays or changes of program. Before arrival we will only ask you to follow the instructions of our representative regarding the mandatory Guest Registration procedure, therefore the communication of the necessary data/documents and the Visual Recognition phase, also mandatory from the year 2025. You will be sent instructions for everything by phone, we thank you in advance for your cooperation. Check out will normally be done by 10 am. Characteristic house with independent access in Maissana, a few kilometers from Varese Ligure, the so-called Biological valley, for a stay dedicated to pure relaxation in the name of nature and well-being. The beaches of Sestri Levante (Baia Del Silenzio) are about 30 minutes by car, while the Cinque Terre can be reached in about an hour. Inside this typical mountain house, located on the raised floor, you will find a welcoming entrance equipped with a pellet stove, which leads directly to a bright dining area with sideboard and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is new and equipped with induction cooker, electric oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and kettle. It is also equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses and everything that can be used for guests' meals and breakfasts. In the apartment you will find two bedrooms for a total of 4 beds: the first consists of a double bed and the second consists of two single beds. Both are equipped with wardrobes. Outside the apartment you will find a beautiful green area, where you can dine outdoors and take advantage of deck chairs to enjoy your stay surrounded by greenery. Bed linen and towels are provided by the property and included in the price. There is free parking.
