STRUCTURE INFORMATION The spacious and bright open space (100 square metres) has large windows opening onto the mountains. Wood, stone, glass and iron are mixed and enhanced in an original, never predictable mix. A warm wooden floor and unique pieces rich in history complete and characterise the space. The large kitchen area is equipped with refrigerator, microwave and gas, the living room has a spacious living area with comfortable armchairs, sofa and desk, the open bathroom has a large freestanding bathtub and shower. The flat is located inside an ancient residence, full of charm and history with a well-kept garden, coloured with roses, hydrangeas and topiary hedges, full of corners perfect for relaxing. An internal staircase leads to the open space. Inside the building there is a covered shelter for bicycles and motorbikes. Free public parking is available about 50 metres away.

HOST I enjoy sharing my old family home with guests who love tranquillity and places and objects steeped in history. INFORMATION ON THE COUNTRY AND ITS SURROUNDINGS Beautiful village, surrounded by apple orchards and mountains, all to be discovered walking through the ancient cobbled streets, overlooked by beautiful palaces and characteristic stone farmhouses. Just a few kilometres from the Bernina red train, numerous ski slopes (Bormio, Livigno, Palù) and cycle paths, the Sentiero Valtellina, the Ponte nel cielo, the thermal baths of Bormio, Livigno, Val di Mello and much more. It is possible to take beautiful nature walks, even starting directly from the village, immersed in splendid scenery, to practice a variety of sports (rafting, climbing, fishing...) and to visit the numerous wineries in the valley. There are several restaurants and trattorias in the village where you can try local specialities. The host will provide a varied range of proposals for activities and visits to suit all tastes and will be available with useful suggestions and advice.
