Brand new apartment in the middle of the beautiful old town of Iglesias. It has a dining room, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.The flat is located on the ground floor of a brand newly refurbished building of only three apartments, but completely indipendent from the other two. It is fully furbished with fully fitted kichen with oven, microwave, toaster and kettle; the dining room has a couch with TV and a round table with four chairs; the main bedroom has a king size bed while the second bedroom has a queen size bed and its a little smaller than the master bedroom; a bathroom with shower. Change of clean linens and towels are included, beach towels upon request. You can also find a washing/ drying machine (which can only be used with the indicated cycle, so I would advise to bring a little more clothes as they might not dry if you stay for a short term of time), an iron and a hairdryer. A travel bed for babies available upon request.

Access with car to the old town is only permitted within certain hours (10:00-12:00; 17:00-19:00) Altough the apartment is in the historycal center, the road is very quite. Staying in the old town means that you have everything you need within walking distance, if you rent a car (which I highly recommend), please remember that the transit is strictly permitted to residents only, but there are plenty of parking spaces nearby. Although there are no balconies in the house, there is a little cavedio where you can hang things. Lots of important places, likes beaches, mines, the famous Pan di Zucchero and lots more are only ten minutes drive. For more info, please do not hesitate to contact me or for more detailed info, the info office is located at the end of the road, in front of the Santa Chiara Cathedral.
