The apartment is close to the beach, providing easy access to Genoa’s coastal attractions. Free public parking is available in the area. The location is well served by public transport, making it easy for you to get around the city. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. You can play tennis at a shared court about 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment, available for an extra fee. The recently renovated two-room apartment is on the first floor of a historic fisherman’s house, directly on the beach and close to restaurants, clubs, and bars. It is located on the Porticciolo di Nervi, in a pedestrian area easily accessible by bus and train, and just a few metres from the start of the famous Anita Garibaldi seaside promenade. On request and with prior reservation, private parking is available for an extra fee. Upon request, you can arrange excursions, boat trips, guided tours of Genoa’s historic centre, cooking workshops, and other activities.
