It is situated within a private residential complex featuring direct sea access (a private rocky descent available for use once or twice during your stay), a reserved parking space, and 24-hour security service. The area is exceptionally peaceful while remaining close to shops, public transport (including a bus stop just 70 meters away, often called "the most beautiful bus stop in the world"), and key points of interest. The Space The apartment consists of a master bedroom with a sea view, a living room with a small sofa bed and a dedicated workspace, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and microwave), a dining area with a sea view, and a bathroom. The private and independent entrance leads to a small terrace. Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire apartment and may use the (private, rocky) sea access once or twice during their stay. Additionally, other well-known beaches in Posillipo are nearby, including Bagno Elena, Spiaggia delle Monache (a public beach), Rocce Verdi, Giuseppone a Mare, and the Gaiola Underwater Park. Posillipo is the most beautiful neighbourhood in Naples: it is a hill that stretches in the gulf, with little bays all along, boasting gorgeous views. Beside the beaches (Gaiola is not only a beach but an archeological site as well), there is Villa di Pollione, an extraordinary ancient Roman villa, with a theatre a spa and the ruins of a fish breeding farm, Mausoleo di Schilizzi, a monumental cemetery, Palazzo Donn'Anna (17th century) the famous Marechiaro, Virgiliano park, renowned for its views on the two sides of the Posillipo hill. Reginella (just near Casa Parthenope) and Rosiello are two of the most panoramic restaurants in the city.
