Casa Raffaela is a charming house with a beautiful pool and beautiful views all around you. Peace, quiet and relaxation are the keywords. Casa Raffaela is set amidst rolling marchian hills with infinitely different shades of green. If you are really looking for peace and quiet around you, then Casa Raffaela is a very good choice. The Sibilinian Alps on the one hand, with lots of opportunities for hiking and enjoyment, on the other, Porto San Giorgio and the infinite beaches of the Adriatic coast are only 17 km away. Many beautiful villages and historic places are nearby (including Ascoli Piceno, Fermo)
Casa Raffaela has the possibility to charge your electric car (only with electricity from the solar panels).
The villages of Ponzano di Fermo and Monte Giberto are both about 2 km away from our house. There are shops for bread, meat products and most necessities. There are shopping centers in Porto San Giorgio (15 km) and Castiglione (12 km)
