On the third floor of a building in the city center, Casa Samuela is an apartment where ancient and modern coexist in complete harmony. You can feel it from the colors and furniture used for the decor. The entrance staircase leads to a very bright, spacious and welcoming living room furnished with a sofa and two very comfortable armchairs placed in front of a beautiful stone fireplace. The small terrace is a rarity in dowtown Cortona so it makes it perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or an outdoor breakfast. The kitchen, small but functional and equipped with all the necessary appliances, completes the living area of this two-level apartment. The internal wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area, where there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower.
