Ground floor house, completely renovated in "modern" style in July 2023, in the center of viareggio, close to the pineforest, the sea and the fantastic promenade. Close to the station, bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores and bakery in the vicinity of the house. Air conditioning in all areas 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 open space dining room and kitchen and one living room with sofabed. Free wifi, safe, and bikes Exclusive internal and external garden, perfect for outdoor lunches / dinners (relax area, see photo) Towels, Blankets and bed sheets available and in price included In the kitchen: toaster, moka, dishwasher, oven, gas burners and kettle. Dishes, glasses, pots, etc. Possibility of check in at any time thanks to an external electronic keypad. We are waiting for you
Simone, a 44 years old sportsman, a lover of tennis and padel, I speak German, Spanish, English and Italian, so no communication problems with foreign tourists. We have just renovated the entire house in order to offer you the best experience possible.
The location of the house is fantastic, because it allows you to walk to any place in the city, or with a bicycle to visit the Versilia. For those who can't stand too hot sunny hours, the proximity to the sea allows you to go home for lunch and have a rest or cool off in the nearby pine forest.
