On the ground floor is a spacious and bright living room with a TV, comfortable sofas, and a billiards table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. Also on the same floor are a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry area with a dryer. Going up to the first floor, the sleeping area features two more double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a room with a comfortable sofa bed for two, a kitchenette, and a desk, which can also be used as a study. Finally, on the top floor is a room equipped for yoga and exercise, as well as a children's play area.

Heading inland, you'll find numerous historic villages and towns worth visiting, first and foremost Urbino, whose historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
