- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in). Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests. For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required. Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required. Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings. The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations. - ACCESS TO THE FACILITY: This facility is equipped with self check-in, i.e. entry in complete autonomy. Instructions will be sent two days before arrival. Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 11PM, with remote assistance until 9PM. - CHECK-OUT: Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM. - CLEANING: A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali. - NON-SMOKING FACILITY: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged. - WELCOME KIT: We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay. - WARNING: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

. MOVING AROUND THE AREA: The municipality of Gorgonzola is in the Martesana area, a green area rich in farmsteads, parks, churches and squares typical of the Po Valley. With a bicycle, it is possible to cycle freely along the indicated cycle paths. Just 750 metres away is the Gorgonzola metro stop on the green line, which takes you to Milan in half an hour.
