The farmhouses Le Casenuove are located within the homonymous agricultural estate, which my family leads for over a century. In 2017 I started hosting, renting, for short periods the country houses, built between the mid-800 and early 900. Both the Host and his Team are at complete disposal of the Guests, both to give them advice/information, and to help them to overcome any difficulties or solve any inconvenience. Casenuove, in addition to ensuring a relaxing stay, private and fresh, offers guests the opportunity to make field trips to get, through the fields, or the lake or the surrounding hills stretching as far as the eye can see. In addition to the neighboring Caletta, Rosignano and Castiglioncello, guests can also visit, even in one day, very suggestive places, in the surroundings of Casenuove, such as Bolgheri, Livorno, Pisa, Forte dei Marmi, as well as other cities of art, more distant, such as Volterra, Lucca, Siena and Florence.

The 40 sq m studio apartment is furnished with a functional and practical kitchenette (equipped with a cooker, espresso machine, toaster, kettle and a microwave), a dining table with chairs, a large double bed, a single bed, a chest of drawers with mirror, a spacious wardrobe, a TV and ultra-fast WIFI connection. The flat has an en suite bathroom with an alcove bath with crystal glass, washbasin, bidet, toilet and a washing machine. The flat is air-conditioned and supplied with bed linen and towels for each guest (change every 7 days included). In the garden outside, guests can relax on a comfortable set of modern sofas covered by a beechwood canopy ideal as a shelter during sunny summer days, or on comfortable sun loungers. Next to the lounge is a dining area consisting of a wooden table, a service table and a small barbecue. Guests can enjoy a unique country experience by strolling through the olive grove to the private lake or to the lush surrounding hills.

The farmhouses Le Casenuove are located in a strategic position, since, even if they are in a farm, they are close both to Caletta, reachable also on foot, and to Rosignano Solvay, where the guests can find every kind of product and/or service they need. They are also only 2 km from the beautiful and varied coastline of Castiglioncello, characterized by long stretches of sandy beaches as well as impressive rocky cliffs (free or equipped) and crystal clear sea water. Many of the bathing establishments rent rubber dinghies/small boats for daily excursions along the coast, as well as canoes, pedal boats, jet skis and surfboards. Moreover, in the whole area, there are many restaurants and wine bars, where you can taste good food and the renowned Tuscan wines. In the central square of the town, inside the Pasquini Castle, are organized interesting cultural events of various kinds. Moreover, in the pinewood of Castiglioncello, it is possible to play tennis, go to the open-air cinema and children can play mini-golf or go on the rides.
