HOLIDAY HOME WITH A BREATHTAKING VIEW OF MONREALE'S MAIN MONUMENTS. Just steps from the famous Duomo (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and just 10 minutes from Palermo, Casetta al Duomo is the perfect choice for those seeking an authentic Sicilian stay. The AMAT bus stop with direct connections to Palermo city center is 200 meters away. Parking is free in nearby streets or can be reserved for a fee. The centrally located yet quiet home offers a panoramic terrace overlooking the apses and bell tower of Monreale Cathedral, the Church of the Madonna delle Croci, the Collegiate Church, and the Sanctuary of the Holy Crucifix. It features a double bedroom with private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and a balcony; a living room with a double sofa bed and a TV; and a second living room upstairs with a double sofa bed, a window overlooking the starry sky, a TV, air conditioning, and a second terrace connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator with drinking water, kitchen utensils, and a washing machine. Bars, tobacconists, pharmacies, and all essential services are just a few meters away.

Located in a historic neighborhood, it's practically at the entrance to the famous Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. Just step out of the door, walk 10 meters, and you'll have the imposing Monreale Cathedral before your eyes. Everything is within easy reach: buses, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops. It really has it all. The area is very quiet, peaceful, and accessible. Parking is free, but paid parking is also available upon reservation.
