Central Luxury Apartment è un centralissimo appartamento totalmente ristrutturato ubicato in un palazzo di fine 800 del centro storico di Catania. Dispone di ingresso su corridoio, camera da letto con balcone che si affaccia sulla via principale, cucina con finestra che dà anch'essa sulla medesima strada, bagno e lavanderia. L'alloggio è curato nei minimi dettagli, dall'arredo, all'igiene e alla pulizia impeccabili. Silenzioso, centralissimo e luminoso è dotato di tutti i confort di cui una famiglia o anche una sola coppia possa necessitare.
Salve, sono Carmelo, un ragazzo che come voi ama viaggiare , conoscere nuovi luoghi, culture, abitudini, odor, sapori e persone. In ogni mio viaggio cerco un appartamento pulito e confortevole, che riesca a trasmettermi le usanze e le credenze della città che ospita., raffigurando anche tutte le sue bellezze per sentirmi nel vivo della mia nuova esperienza. Ed è a tal proposito che io e mia sorella Stefania, abbiamo creato il Central Luxury Apartment.
L'appartamento è situato in una delle vie principali e storiche della città. A piedi si può raggiungere e visitare tutto il centro storico della città. Piazza Duomo e la Cattedrale, lo storico mercato del pesce e della frutta, i palazzi di stile barocco, il monastero dei Benedettini, il castello Ursino, il teatro lirico Vincenzo Bellini, il teatro Greco Romano, il Giardino Bellini, la via Etnea con tutti i suoi negozi, gelaterie, pasticcerie e caffè, Porta Garibaldi che si trova a pochissimi passi dalla struttura....e tanto altro ancora. Inoltre durante la Festa di S. Agata ( terza festa più grande al mondo )che si tiene dal 3 al 6 di Febbraio, i festeggiamenti si terranno proprio lungo la via dove è situato l'appartamento e comodamente affacciati dal balcone potrete godere di uno spettacolo UNICO.
