Discover our charming chalet, located at the entrance of Selva di Val Gardena, a gem in the Dolomites of South Tyrol. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, our detached vacation home sits on a scarcely trafficked private road, surrounded by well-maintained meadows. The seclusion of the private road ensures a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for families with children. Enjoy the exclusivity and proximity to nature in one of the top vacation regions. The interior of the chalet is harmoniously spread across several levels: A basement serves as storage for food and drink, plus there is a room for ski or bike equipment with a heated boot dryer. A small Finnish sauna offers pure relaxation. On the ground floor, a large, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together, while the spacious dining and living area with satellite TV and an extensive selection of board games provides entertainment. WiFi is freely available throughout the chalet. The owner's private apartment with a separate entrance is also located here. On the upper floors, seven cozy bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies offer comfort and privacy for up to 17 guests. The outdoor area encompasses about 1000 square meters of private garden with meadows, ideal for relaxing on the sun loungers or for communal BBQ evenings. Parking space for eight cars is available.
