The apartment is a one-bedroom unit on the first floor with a panoramic view and a private terrace. It consists of a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a bedroom with four single beds (two bunk beds). The sofa in the living area includes a pull-out double bed, allowing for a maximum of 6 guests. During their stay, guests will be provided with courtesy amenities (towels, shower kit, small welcome gift), blankets and pillows for all available beds, and winter duvets. Spacious built-in wardrobes make the stay comfortable, offering storage for bulky winter gear for all guests. Heating is centralized; the kitchen is equipped with essential appliances and utensils, including a fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine, and electric cooktop. A shared laundry area is available within the residence, accessible to all residents, where guests can use washing machines and drying racks. There is an uncovered parking space at the entrance of the residence (near the square), and a numbered covered parking spot in the garage. Just 10 meters from the residence are the ski slopes of the Vallefura complex, part of the Alto Sangro ski area, offering slopes for all levels, a snowpark with ramps, jumps, and obstacles made of snow and earth, and a winter playground for children. In summer, the meadow is set up with lounge chairs and umbrellas to enjoy the sun and nature.
