This holiday home in Città di Castello has 6 bedrooms for 15 people. Ideal for a large family or groups of friends, this home has a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a well-furnished garden. You will have to drive a few kilometres away to buy kitchen essentials and other groceries from the supermarket and to eat in the restaurant serving local dishes and drinks. The house owner organizes dinner for the guests on request with most delicious local food. You can enjoy the barbecue meals in the garden. In the veranda, there is a dining table for 14 persons for relishing the tasty meals prepared in many kitchens of the house. Your pets will be happy to stay here. Arezzo Airport is 58.8 km away from this place. -- The owner is present from time to time on the property to carry out normal maintenance (garden, swimming pool, etc etc). Always in a very discreet way. One room is used as a restaurant, which is taken care of by the owner. It is possible to book lunches or dinners with typical local products and dishes. The owner is available for advice and support also regarding visits and excursions in the surrounding area.
