Hi, I'm Mattia, meet COMFORT HOUSE. If you want to visit Ravenna without giving up the comfort of your home then you will be welcome! The apartment is on the top floor with a lift. The solution is silent, with attention to all details.
I have been working in the real estate field for over 10 years. The short-term rental niche fascinates me and I'm always looking for solutions to improve my guests' stays.
The area is strategic, quiet, served by supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, piadineria, pastry shops, tobacconists. Not in a limited traffic area, easily accessible by car and public transport. Ideal for short periods or even just for a weekend at all times of the year. Always free parking spaces a few steps from the building at any time. ATTRACTIONS: MIRABILANDIA amusement park 12 minutes; 15 minutes from the sea with the possibility of using the VIA TRIESTE parking exchanger; Ravenna museums reachable in a short time; City center accessible by public transport, rental bicycles or taxis.
