I love the mountains both in summer and winter. I’m a ski instructor and have been skiing since I was a child. I enjoy welcoming people and giving them advice on how to discover the best corners of the Dolomites, both the famous spots and the less touristy ones. This comfortable apartment is located on the ground floor of a small condominium in the center of San Vito di Cadore and consists of: Living room with dining table and sofa bed Kitchenette separated from the living room 1 double bedroom 1 bedroom with two single beds 1 bathroom Terrace on two sides Free parking space available in a public parking lot in front of the house, generally always available Inside the apartment, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: bed and bath linens, kitchenware, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The spaces are very comfortable and designed to accommodate up to 5 people. The condominium is located in a quiet residential area of San Vito, just a few steps from the town center, where you will find a supermarket, pastry shops (the historic Pasticceria Fiori is just a 1-minute walk away), pizzerias and restaurants, pharmacies, and bike and ski rental shops. The accommodation is only a few minutes’ walk from public transport stops. If you arrive in the Dolomites with the Cortina Express or other means of transport, reaching the apartment will be simple and quick.

San Vito is a charming village just a 15-minute drive from the more famous Cortina d’Ampezzo, offering an authentic way to experience the beauty of the Dolomites. Many visitors choose San Vito as their base to explore Cortina, as it provides a more genuine atmosphere, with many shops, cafés, and restaurants run entirely by locals. All around you, you’ll be surrounded by the stunning Dolomites, with their rocky peaks and lush forests. Nearby homes contribute to a peaceful and friendly neighborhood setting.
