Como lake house is a completely renovated small apartment. You will find everything you need for a cozy and comfortable stay. Local amenities and tourist attractions are all within walking distance, with a 24-hour supermarket just 300 meters away. There is a public car park right outside the entrance and the apartment is conveniently located for Como Nord Borghi station (500m) and buses to and from Como San Giovanni train station.
The apartment and situation in the shopping street of the city, on the second floor of a historic building, The studio apartment equipped with high speed wi-fi fiber optic internet connection. It is furnished with a king-size double bed, the island kitchen with 4 stools, fully equipped with 2-burner electric induction hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, moka machine and all the necessary dishes and cooking equipment, in addition, you will find 1 TV in the sleeping area and 1 TV in the kitchen area, finally all the bed linen and towels you will need. In the bathroom you will find toiletries and a hairdryer. Access for guests Guests have access to the entire apartment, completely private and autonomous.
