YES air conditioning in the anteroom. NO washing machine. Wifi: included . Garage 1 parking space. Strong point: beautiful lake view. Elegant swimming pool for free use by guests. Guests have the possibility of free access to the NON-private Jacuzzi located on the solarium. Open from 15/05 to 15/10 COMMUNAL POOL: Free of charge , from 15/05/2024 until 15/10/2024.
