Splendid manor house in rustic Umbrian style located within a property in the prestigious DOCG Sagrantino wine area. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has an equipped kitchen, an independent terrace and has a 14x7 swimming pool shared with the owners' family and friends. The house has an independent entrance inside the property. The property has a size of approximately 10 hectares including DOCG Sagrantino vineyards, olive groves and truffle oaks. Structures and common areas are periodically subjected to sanitization. The main house is divided into two independent floors, the one in this description is the upper floor. The lower floor is not inhabited by the owners and is used as a warehouse. There is a 14x7m swimming pool available to guests during the opening period. The swimming pool is not for exclusive use but is shared only with the owners' family and friends.
Free spirit, in love with the history and traditions of my region, strongly environmentalist. I live in the adjoining villa about 20 meters from the Country House and I am always available for any need and information. I speak Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
The Country House is within the renowned Sagrantino DOCG wine area of high historical, artistic and naturalistic value. It is placed at the foot of the hill that houses the archaeological excavations of Roman Urvinum Hortense in the medieval village of Collemancio, is 2km from Piandarca (site of the sermon of St. Francis to the Birds), 8km from the medieval village of Bevagna, 10km from the Etruscan village of Bettona and 16km from the UNESCO Heritage city of Assisi.
