La Roseta is a charming residence dedicated to short-term rentals, offering an exclusive stay in the heart of one of the most iconic villages of Lake Como. The residence consists of two recently renovated and carefully furnished apartments, Caramel and Créme, each providing breathtaking views of the lake. Guests can admire memorable sunsets from the spacious terrace or balcony, making their stay truly unforgettable. Both apartments offer modern comforts, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a safe, an oven, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. High-quality linens and towels are provided, along with a welcome kit featuring essential amenities. The apartments can be rented separately, accommodating up to 4 guests each, or together for larger groups of up to 8 people. La Roseta is easily accessible by car, train from Fiumelatte station, or on foot via a scenic 20-minute walk along a historic medieval path that once connected Lecco to the upper lake.
