La struttura è formata da un soggiorno con angolo cucina al piano terra con un divano letto matrimoniale. Al piano superiore c'è la camera con letto matrimoniale (o, a richiesta, di due lettini singoli) con annesso bagno. Pertanto per poter utilizzare il bagno bisogna passare per la camera da letto. Pertanto la casa è molto comoda per un unico nucleo familiare, potrebbe creare imbarazzo per coppie di amici.
