On the first floor of a historic building located in the best and most peaceful (and safest) area of the historic center of Palermo, there are two bright and charming apartments with three rooms and six beds each (for a total of 12 beds), entirely refurbished in 2022: - DAGNINO House, with two double bedrooms (one also equipped with a desk) and a living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed (as well as a bathroom, a walk-in closet and three panoramic balconies); - CASARINO House, with a double bedroom, a study with a double sofa bed (particularly suitable for smart working) and a living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed (as well as a bathroom and two panoramic balconies). The two apartments are absolutely adjacent, and are accessed from a condominium landing, so it is possible to extend the availability of beds up to 12 people. The building is located in the heart of the center of Palermo, just 200 meters from the Teatro Massimo and 400 meters from the Teatro Politeama. All the rooms of the two apartments are equipped with independent air conditioners and radiators (with gas heating), and served by the high-speed WIFI network. Both apartments are equipped with reverse osmosis water purifier (to improve the quality of the DRINKABLE water supplied by the aqueduct and reduce plastic consumption), safe, iron and ironing board, fan and microwave ovens, 4K smart TV , bluetooth speakers, washing machine, Italian and American coffee machines, electric kettle, toaster, and the necessary kitchen furniture and equipment for a group of six people. Both apartments were fully and elegantly furnished in 2022, and guarantee guests absolute comfort and independence. Guests are personally welcomed by the host (or one of his collaborators) and it is also possible to self check in with the access codes that will be sent in advance by the host.

As a good Sicilian, I have understood the sense and value of the hospitality of this land, and therefore for me it is essential to make the people I host feel "at home", and to follow them carefully during their vacation, so that they can live an experience even more intense and exclusive travel experience. In particular, guests who book the apartment are sent tourist guides on the city and on some Sicilian locations no more than two hours from Palermo, which make it easier for them to plan their trip. For several years I have been passionately managing some tourist facilities in Sicily, with reviews released by the tourists I have hosted which would seem to confirm the commitment and seriousness that I have in this activity. My goal is to convey to the tourist the value of Sicilian hospitality, an island that in its long history has always been open to travelers and foreigners, which has been able to welcome and make its own different cultures, which have left an indelible mark in the character of its people. The apartments are located in a quiet pedestrian street located in the best area of the historic center of Palermo, just 200 meters from the Teatro Massimo and 400 meters from the Teatro Politeama. From Via Rosolino Pilo you can move very easily, both to reach the main historical monuments of Palermo (within a radius of one kilometre), and for the wide availability of public transport whose stop is just 100 meters from the building. There are also several taxi ranks in the area. Nearby you can find numerous restaurants (even of a good standard), trattorias, taverns, pizzerias, sandwich shops, rotisseries, supermarkets, bars, pastry shops (where to buy cannoli, ricotta cassate, 7-veil cake, Savoy cake, and many other tasty desserts locals). On foot it is possible to reach the main monuments and places of tourist interest in Palermo in a few minutes. The Cathedral of Palermo and Piazza Pretoria (Churches of Santa Caterina, Santa Maria dell'Ammiraglio and San Cataldo) are just 8 minutes away, while Piazza Marina is about 11 minutes away (Palazzo Abatellis, Palazzo Chiaramonte Steri with the fascinating Prisons of the Inquisition). The railway station and the bus station that connect Palermo with the other cities of the island can be reached in a few minutes by public bus or taxi. The bus to reach the airport stops in Piazza Politeama, just a 3-minute walk from Via Rosolino Pilo.
