A bright and quiet home on the first floor of an elegantly renovated historic palazzo, located on the main shopping street in the heart of Giarre, just a few steps from the town’s main square. Guests highly appreciate the private parking inside the courtyard, where an electric car charging station is available. Elegance & Comfort The home is fully air-conditioned and elegantly furnished, offering all the comforts for a relaxing stay. Ideal location for exploring Sicily The house is in a very strategic location, an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Sicily, just a few minutes' walk from the Giarre-Riposto railway station and only 3.5 km from the A18 motorway exit, making it easily accessible. Catania airport is only a 40-minute drive away, easily accessible via the motorway. Situated in the most elegant and commercial street in the historic centre of Giarre, the house is surrounded by everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs and shops of all kinds are just a few steps away, and then the Port of Etna and the famous fish market of Riposto are only a 20-minute walk away.
