The apartment is inside an elegant and recently built condominium, in the basement you will have a private garage with automatic opening, alternatively in the street you can easily find free parking. At your disposal there are also super fast wifi, smart TV with access to Netflix and a pleasant furnished terrace where you can relax. It is perfect for a business trip due to its proximity to the Fair, for a family who wants to visit Milan while remaining out of the chaos of the city or for those who need to work from home with free Wi-Fi in an intimate and peaceful environment. At 200 meters, the Z620 bus stop that will take you to the underground line 1 red Molino Dorino from where in 15 minutes you can reach the center of Milan directly or in 3 minutes the Fiera di Rho. A few days before check-in, guests will receive a link to fill in their ID details, sign a contract with the house rules, and pay the tourist tax (which is not collected by Booking).

At 200 meters, the Z620 bus stop that will take you to the underground line 1 red Molino Dorino from where in 15 minutes you can reach the center of Milan directly or in 3 minutes the Fiera di Rho. The neighborhood is residential and served by restaurants, bars, post office and banks.
