Situated in the heart of Como’s historic center, on one of the city’s most elegant and well-served streets. A new and welcoming apartment, furnished in a modern style, overlooking the stunning side of Como’s Cathedral and the hills surrounding the lake. Air conditioning and elevator, with all the amenities you need, just 200 meters from the lake. Easily accessible from Como S. Giovanni train station (600 m). Parking is very close, such as the “Teatro” car park in Via Bertinelli, the “Valduce” parking garage in Via Lecco, or the one in Piazza Volta. In any case, the parking garages outside the city walls are also very convenient — all just a short walk from the apartment. Parking is available 150 meters from the apartment (we recommend the Valduce parking garage in Via Lecco).
